Friendly staff and great chips. £3.30 for a large chips and £2.80 for a regular is amazing in a cost of living crisis on the waterfront. I bet their rent isn’t cheap. Chip shops in residential areas are more expensive!
Well located near the front. We visited over Easter and there wasn't a queue. Food was served very fast and it was plentiful and tasty for the price. Pleasantly surprised eating here.
You can dine in here but we had a takeaway. The food was very fairly priced and they offer a discount on the ice cream and slush next door at Scoops.
I was really going to right a review about how disgusting the prices here are as it seemed very expensive for the food. But can honestly say if the food is as good as it was today then I have no problem paying the price. Good money spent for good food. ????
Called in while shopping in Weston. Really fast service from ordering and paying for the meal to picking it up at the end of the counter.
Fish and Chips was one of the best we have tried. Pure white cod and perfect batter.
Comfortable seating upstairs would recommend it.
Probably the worst fish I have ever had. Tough, not flaky whatsoever and soggy batter. Not crispy at all. Honestly it was bad. The curry sauce was bland as hell. I don't recommend this place at all. Terrible.....
Very friendly and ridiculously fast service, our meals were boxed up and waiting as soon as we'd paid! Was nice to be able to eat in given the windy weather and also able to pour our own salt and vinegar to taste. Tables could do with being cleaned a bit more regularly though as most of the ones around us had leftover salt scattered over them, or some packaging remains. Not the cheapest around, the fish was great but the chips just okay.
Popped in here for Fish n chips on a visit to Weston Super Mare. The shops is nicely decorated and clean but most importantly the food was 5*. All 4 of our meals were fresh and hot. Whatever frying oil they use is really good. The oil was tasteless and light and didn't take away from the taste of the fish and chips. Chips were tasty and the fish was fresh and tender. The price was really good too. We were recommended the shop by some locals. We had donuts after too which were just as tasty! Bonus was we could take our doggy in to the upstairs seating area.
