Had a good purchase of Pakistani sweets. Their barfi is the signature along with Kaju katli. The sohan halwa lacks dry fruits and they need to modify their recipe although the taste was good
I’ve had a horrendous experience. At this shop I came into the shop, first and After two minutes, another customer came in which spoke the same language as the worker and he was pointing at us, and keep on pointing at his head saying that we was crazy saying that he should go first. sadly The worker was laughing about the way they treat their customers they Treat there customers by ethnic background, if someone from the country came from. you shop they would treat him like a king but if I want to come, they are very rude and I don’t understand what type of customer service this is as a parent, I think my kids really felt scared and uncomfortable I will definitely not be coming back here. if the owner sees this, you’ve just lost myself and my families as customers I will also be telling everyone else that I know not to come here I recommend you not to come here but it is up to you.
I went in today to this branch, and had the misfortune of buying something. As there are no expiry dates the sweets were stale and it not only spoilt my day but hurt my pocket financially. Selling stale and out of date meethai is something that pakistani brands like Nirala should be stopped from doing. Do not go to this shop there are better alternatives.
Was passing by and decided to get some mitai, 5 minutes before closing. One staff member was swearing and throwing things looked very upset as he said customers come on the last minute this is not Pakistan.
Shocked how this one particular staff can be allowed to be rude. If you own this place change the staff.
Not sure what’s happened but Nirala have changed their aloo samosas and now they’re probably the best in Tooting! Crispy and tasty and if they’re really fresh…amazing!
The mithai is also often a lot fresher than before.
It was so disgusting when customers entered the shop and with their dirty hands touching unwrapped food. ????????
It is unhygienic that anyone can touch the food.
Why not they put the glass shield counters around EVERYTHING.

I came to the shop with my wife today looking to place a big order for £80 - £100 worth. It was not busy at all maybe 2 or 3 customers max. We followed the sign to queue. After customers in front of us left it was our turn. We walked up to be served, only to be ignored and the staff member who clearly saw us waiting there the whole time and just went and served another customer who just came in and starting asking them what they want. These customers were infact behind us and at this point we were waiting for 10 mins before the these customers came. This was at the samosa / biscuits section.
Please either provide regular eye tests for your staff so they can see customers who have been waiting or teach them some manners and ensure they serve customers who have been waiting for a while and not just customers who can speak hindi / urdu / punjab. We ended up going to another sweet shop with good customer service instead. I will be informing my family friends and local community about this experience as its not the first time this has happened. This review should not come as a surprise if you do not provide proper training to your staff. I hope in the future the service can improve with better management.
