Reviewing for my aunty Pauline.
Andrea and the 4 women who work there are fantastic. They always go out of their way to help. They are polite & professional and the prescriptions are ready in time. Andrea has always goes out of her way to help and manages to get the medication my aunty needs. Without them she would be very poorly. Fantastic pharmacy. Thank you team NewChem!
I would say they are doing quite well here.
On the part of my medication, they got all the medicine I requested.
I would strongly recommend them if you live in Newton heath. They are better than the other pharmacy across the road here.
Had a great experience with Peter & Andrea at Newchem. I’m a diabetic on a business trip that ran out of insulin. They were a solution driven team, informing me what channels I needed to take to get my prescription. They stayed a little past their closing time to ensure I had what I needed.

I posted a review a about 3 weeks ago basically saying the dispenser was rude but the lady on the counter was usually nice however the same couldn’t be said for the dispenser, or words to that affect went in to collect a prescription today 24.12.2022 @ approx 1130 for the children and was told that the medication on the prescription wasn’t available and we needed to go to the pharmacy at sport city, didn’t believe the dispenser so got a friend to call up 45 minutes later giving a different name but requesting the exact same medication. Coincidentally the prescription is now available ???? like really so once my friend told me this I obviously called the chemist, lady answered I explained my friend just called up requesting medication that I was informed you didn’t have she then started asking who the medication was for once I explained it was for the children she said yeah that’s why I haven’t issued it as we don’t usually supply this to children ???? but we can now if you come collect this medication before 1245 what a joke then started saying we’re coming into the chemist to cause trouble, and saying we should use another chemist…. what for leaving a negative review because the dispenser was very rude for no reason again refusing to provide me with medication because she felt I had enough sorry if I didn’t need it the doctor wouldn’t prescribe it same goes for the children. Will definitely be taking this further disgusting behaviour from so called professionals it was actually the African man that served us and sorted it in the end. If I could leave 0 stars I would !!!
I've never had any issues with these, always friendly with me and my partner. Been using the service a couple of years now and definitely no complaints.
Had a prescription sent hear was told it was ready to collect when I got there I was told by a blonde hair woman it wasn't ready and it will probably monday now.
Won't use again had to ring 111 back to arrange for prescription sent to a chemist thats willing to help !
Great pharmacy professional service my parents went there for more than 20 years that says a lot sometimes they work under pressure from Rude customers who are Impatient and don't Understand about What's evolved in a job like this but some people will always have a chip on their shoulder and a lot of time on their hands keep up the great work girls ????
