I came to Natasha as an aging ex-office worker who really hadn't done anything to maintain my fitness for many years. She's been kind, encouraging and best of all has really helped me improve my strength and movement in a way I never would have believed possible six months ago. I trust her knowledge of the body implicitly and would recommend her to anyone hesitant on setting out to improve their health.
I fully advocate working with Natasha. She tailor made my workouts to suit my needs and what I wanted to achieve. Being a shiftworker she was very flexible and understanding. I've learnt alot about myself and my potential. Natasha taught me how to make exercises more challenging in the home environment with only a few tweaks. Natasha is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend working with her.
I started working with Natasha in summer 2020 and she has been fantastic. With her coaching and encouragement, I have been able to challenge myself and have become stronger. Natasha has a great coaching style and has helped me to have a better relationship with food. I really enjoy our sessions and for anyone who wants to become fitter, I would highly recommend training with her.
Highly recommend Natasha! She is just brilliant. She has helped me in so many ways. Weight loss, strength and fitness, building strong habbits for life. She is a lovely person and has made adaptations to fit around my hectic life which has clearly worked as I'm a lot lighter now and I feel great. I can't thank Natasha enough for all she has done for me. I didn't want to go to a gym as I was clueless but she helped me utilise the tools I already have in order to achieve the great results I have. The best part about it is that it has been a really fun and enjoyable experience and I looked forwards to our weekly zoom meetings and what my next challenge would be. I turned to Natasha for help after having tried various forms of exercise and fad diets over the years that didn't work. I had put on weight over lockdown and was struggling with my health and fitness, but now I am so out of that rut and making great progress, thanks to Natasha's amazing training. Her in-depth, detailed knowledge of nutrition and exercise and her holistic approach were exactly what I needed. Natasha breaks down the exercises so that I am doing everything to maximum efficiency which means that I feel an improvement in fitness and flexibility after every session. Her fantastic organisational tips enable me to build exercise and nutrition into a busy schedule, in a practical and achievable way. Natasha is an excellent communicator and really listens and responds to individual concerns. Warmly recommended and deserving of 5 stars!
I started working on my fitness goals with Natasha in late 2020 and I cannot recommend her enough! She has helped me understand and learn so much about my body and how to approach nutrition in a balance way. We have been working together to identify the best nutritional plan for me to achieve my goals and is sustainable. Natasha is always so positive and supportive and I always feel good about myself at the end of each session even on days that I lack motivation to workout.
If I could give more stars I would! Natasha has helped me more than I thought possible with my health and fitness with a very holistic approach to all that it entails.
Starting to work with a PT in lockdown was slightly daunting at first especially as it is all online right now. However it could not have been easier to start, the weekly Zoom calls are a tremendous help. The app is so easy to use with workouts laid out in a clear and concise way with video instructions even I can follow!
I am so happy wih the professional and friendly services that Natasha provides. It has become something I look forward to each week to check in and refresh my focus on my goals, whether they be focussed on fitness, nutrition, or both! It all goes hand in hand to live a healthier lifestyle, as well as finding balance because no day or week is ever the same.
Natasha is caring and compassionate in her approach and never ever makes me feel judged or guilty for less than idea food choices or being unable to complete certain exercises. Instead we work together towards alternatives or coping strategies for certain obstacles which is refreshing and motivating.
The workouts are tailored to each individual level and we talk through goals regularly to ensure we stay on the right track. I am only two months in and really happy with the results and physical changes I am seeing and feeling so far.
The plan I am learning and working on with Natasha is becoming a way of life that is realistic, achievable and exciting! A very worthwhile investment!
I cannot rate and thank Natasha highly enough for her advice and training regime. I ended last year really unhappy with my health and weight and decided that I needed the motivation of a personal trainer to help me start a journey which was totally daunting for me. I started on a 6 week plan and have continued sessions as I love the accountability that Natasha probably doesn't realise she gives me! I've lost weight and cm's. I've massively increased my fitness levels and my body confidence has soared. I can look at myself in the mirror now. Natasha has taken on board all of my health conditions and little aches and pains and has tailored everything perfectly for me. The advice on nutrition has been outstanding and I truly believe that I have changed my life for the better. I've learnt so much. Natasha is warm, engaging and enthusiastic and will make any necessary changes to a routine depending on how I am that day. Whenever a new exercise is introduced she is so encouraging of any failed attempts and I know she is genuinely as delighted as I am when it 'clicks' and I have that next level / routine nailed. Working through zoom is perfect for me as there is no excuse such as weather or traffic to use not to do this. I am absolutely thrilled that I found Natasha and would advocate contacting her if you are thinking of embarking on an exercise regime. Best of luck to anyone new to this. It's not scary and Natasha will make it enjoyable I promise!
