First class service from Stuart and Nick. As a female, I'm always a bit concerned when taking my car for an MOT and Service, but these guys put me at ease; they were very friendly, professional and down to earth. This is the first time that I have used them, and will certainly take my car there again next year, and for any problems that may occur in between (though hopefully won't have to). I will recommended them to everyone and anyone who may be looking for a great car service
The new team taking over MOT R US are brilliant. They are friendly, knowledgeable and no messing about. I went in for car tyre sensor replacement and MOT, it was quick and easy. Going back next time my car has any issues.
Excellent service , friendly , professional , explained the issue with the car and the solution in a manner I understood . We have used this new company since new owner took over and will be our choice of garage going forward . If you haven’t used them already , I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed.

I took my wife's juke nismo rs in to MOTs R US today because I could hear metal on metal coming from the passenger side wheel and I though it was the brakes grinding turns out it's wasn't and it was the heat shield thats rusty so me panicking thinking it was going to be an expensive job turns out to be not so, so thank you MOTs R US for helping me and inspecting my car.
NOT A RELIABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY TO GO TO FOR MOT.
I chose to use MOT R US for my first MOT as I thought the reviews were better. I was wrong. Firstly Staff were extremely rude and acted like you being there was a big issue for them. I wouldn’t even speak to a dog the way the female on reception speaks to people.My car is 2017 reg and should have flied through but I was failed for my rear axel bushes. When looking for a mechanic to fix this issue every single one of them said that they had never heard of a vehicle failing for this issue ever in their years of work. I was also told the brake pads were thin so replaced them as well. When my mechanic removed these parts we saw that there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. The bushes were fine and the brakes had plenty of tread left. When I came back for my retest the mechanic didn’t even bring my vehicle back into the testing area and told me in 2 minutes it’s passed. He hadn’t even checked the vehicle, which made me realise he had failed my vehicle for no reason at all. His name is RD WILLIAMS.
Quality of service is impeccable. Considering a garage can get quite messy, every time I have been to have my car fixed the work area and reception have always been clean and tidy. Toilets are also clean and tidy. Always been reliable ever since I have been going to them for my car repairs. Keep me updated on what needs to be doing and what is done. Never been overcharged and always feel comfortable when speaking with both Attia in reception and Rob in the garage. Other staff members there have also been polite and respectful when I have been there. Can’t fault the garage at all not their service. Couldn’t ask for better people to be dealing with and fixing my car. ????????
