Excellent & efficient and friendly staff x only thing to improve would be to acknowledge customers on entry and comment “I’ll be with you shortly” rather than waiting to be noticed when previous customer is handed their prescription xxx
The chubby employee was very arrogant. I don't want to say because my skin was dark and my accent was different so that some people think I am playing the racist card, but I felt it. She interrupted me every time, and when I was walking a little towards the steps leading to the supply area she rudely asked me to move my foot. I did that simultaneously because she was shouting at me and asking for my details.
Every time I go to take my monthly diabetes medication, I find them ask me plenty of questions in the form of an investigation, although my data is available on their computer, and what makes me feel undermined is that they don't do the same way with others! Anyway, I contacted my GP and switched to another pharmacy. We do not beg them for anything, they provide a service to patients and take wages in return, they must respect their customers regardless of their appearance or identity.
Don’t rush to get there for half past 5 if you reckon you might get your prescription in time before they close, they close at 25 past!
Last three days in a row, I literally have no medication now and have made it before half 5 all week.
Staff are helpful and polite.
If I am unable to collect my prescriptions for myself or family they are able to put them onto a free delivery if they have availability.

Good local pharmacy staff always helpful medication always ready on time for collection never had any issues
Most be the worst pharmacy ever the customer service is none exsitent rude staff with no manners
And leave you waiting ages to be served if you can use a different pharmacy
Highly recommend this pharmacy lovely staff and great customer services
Quite small inside, computer system wasn't working at the time of my scheduled visit for a COVID jab. Parking is a NIGHTMARE!!!!
