What a lovely welcome as we walked in, made to feel comfortable at once. The cappuccino was SO good, I had two! We both enjoyed the breakfast of cheese scone topped with hollandaise, bacon & poached egg and added black pudding. Great service. Delicious, thank you
Lovely visit with my dad, who is a regular. I plumped for the breakfast which did not disappoint. Great portion size, well cooked, and most importantly; delicious! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. An absolute credit to Alnwick. Thanks!
Good food and drink - burger was lovely.
It was A busy day in august so there was a small wait to be served and for the food but so what? One of the cheapest places in the area so can’t complain, especially as quality was good.
The biggest issue? Seems to be a serious problem in this town with rudeness and abruptness. Not relating to the staff but to the customers! They seem to expect far too much - and don’t seem to like not having their arses licked for the cost of a sandwich as a few other reviews suggest!
Again, no problems here! Lovely food and staff!
Iv been here a couple of times for brakfast on my way to work as a chef. Fantastic speedy service feim polite friendly staff. Delicious full english nice quality sausages, Really enjoyed all visits. My new regular.
Been here twice this week. Excellent espresso coffee and the homemade food is delicious. We had lasagne and cullen skink with cheese scone. 10/10 ????
Excellent breakfast experience like other reviews have praised the cafe for. Well cooked and good value. Nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the views of the marketplace. Friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely come back.
Small but great food and lovely staff. In good weather there is outside seating which helps. Dog friendly.
I had the full English breakfast as a brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. For a little extra you can double up on the sausage, bacon etc.. I didn’t need to. Very satisfied with the standard plateful.
Popped in by chance, in July, after visiting Warkworth castle. Can honestly say, we had the best toasted sandwich my son and I, have ever eaten. Lovely service too!
