Had my car in for repairs after an accident, after a month of having my car I phoned up asking for an update and I was told the car is being sprayed on that day and a few minor details are being done. At hearing this I was happy, then as another month went by I hadn't heard anything, i rang up again and was told a similar thing once again. I had to physically go to the garage to see what was actually happening and it turned out they hadn't touched my car yet, not one bit of work had been done and for whatever reason the receptionist was lying through her teeth the entire time. Took several months for my car to be done, no exaggeration. Do not trust a word the receptionist says as I found them to be false on every phone call.
Avoid using this service to repair your vehicle through your insurance... they do not act on a timely manner, they'll leave you without a courtesy car, you won't be able to contact them by phone (hardly). I don't see how a company like this will take on jobs that they're unable to fulfil while you have to carry on making your car payment and your insurance fee without the use of your vehicle. ????
Not helpful, terrible communication throughout the process, I was constantly promised by multiple staff members they’d call back but never did. As the repair took way too long because they were waiting on parts I offered to buy a replacement and they agreed they would fit. I picked the car up and they hadn’t done this, I got a response of tough they will now not be sticking to agreement as the insurance find the work carried out acceptable. I’m currently going through the complaints process. The owner of this company has no care for clients just chasing the insurance money.

My insurance are using this repair centre and I have had such an awful and stressful experience so far.
Been trying to get updates on my car repair as they have had it for an entire week and the initial assessment had still not been done. Been working night shifts so have had to be awake in the day chasing up by calling after updates for days - to which I've been repeatedly told that they are waiting on my insurance to authorize repairs first, despite then speaking to my insurance, who have then told me that the repair centre actually need to send over an estimate first before they can start and apparently they have chased it up themselves and the repair partner have also chased it up too. This repair centre have only just sent it (or re-sent as they stated they already sent an estimate on the first day) and only now, 8 days later, has the process been able to begin.
Additionally, I've had issues with them initially picking up the car as I was told a normal RAC truck would not work and I would need another special vehicle as my wheel was misaligned - this turned out not to be true as a normal RAC truck ended up picking it up with no issues.
Also had so many stressful issues with them providing a courtesy car - was told even though my car is undriveable and I was told by insurance I'd receive a courtesy car, the repair shop had none and I was told I was added to a waiting list and told 3 months would be when the next availability was. I need to drive to work at a hospital 8 miles away and work very long shifts so public transport is not an option. Ended up having to contact my insurance and the repair partner and getting a hire vehicle arranged instead.
Nothing against the people I've spoken to over the phone, who have mostly been lovely. Just think the entire process and communication is not good at all from the centre and having to wait 8 days only for the very first stage to be started is just completely baffling. I don't mind having to wait due to part shortages/actual work, but this has been due to a miscommunication between them and insurance which is just disappointing.
I cannot recommend Manchester Accident Repair Centre enough! Following my non fault accident in my three week old car, I contacted MARC to get a price for repairing my vehicle. The receptionist Krissy was extremely helpful and arranged for my car to be recovered the same day. I was provided with a courtesy car the following day whilst my car was in for repairs. I was kept updated all along the way with where my repair was up to and cannot thank MARC enough for their excellent customer service. They made what should have been a stressful time the complete opposite. My bumper was replaced with genuine BMW parts and the paint work is flawless. My car was returned to me extremely quickly and was as good as new. It is impossible to tell that there has been a brand new bumper fitted and that it has re-sprayed. I’m hoping I don’t have to use a bodyshop again but if I do have to, I will certainly be using MARC and will be recommending them to anyone.
Took my car in for repairs on my side mirror, the staff were very kind and kept me updated on the status of my repairs. I had a good experience here
After a incident at work, my car was damaged on the driver door and rear door - Pat was very hepful in quoting me initially, and advising me around the whole operation. Took the car in on a tuesday and it was back with me by weekend at a very very competitive price, and the work is immaculate.
Would reccomend in a heartbeat. Great service.
My goodness, what more can I say?! They’re outstanding, professional and fast! If you want a body work repair of any kind to your vehicle, then look no further and visit them, you’ll not be disappointed. Their work is really a five star service and the customer care is BRILLIANT! Kristine was very helpful with my vehicle, she listened and did exactly what I requested and to my surprise, they fixed my vehicle faster than I had expected and made it look brand new again. I’m so pleased with the service I received. You’re in good hands with these guys, make sure to ask for Kristine and leave the rest up to her.
