A new fast and efficient service has been initiated. No need to telephone to ask for the prescription to be made up. It is done now on receipt from the GP and a text advises when it is ready to collect. The QR code makes it so simple to collect. A great improvement. Thank you.
Very pleased with the new prescription collection service, especially for repeat prescriptions. Definitely a step forward and a huge improvement in Customer Service. I always thought the old method of visiting the Pharmacy to request a prescription to be made up and then having to hang around or call in to collect at another time was very inefficient and seemed to lead to congestion near the counter. I can’t fault the service I receive from all employees. They are always warm and friendly and seem very conscientious.
Great communication via Text that my prescriptions were ready - ahead of the date given. Very easy to collect once in the pharmacy. A great improvement on the previous service and much more confidential as you give a number rather than your name and address.
I have always found the service offered in the pharmacy brilliant. There may have been some changes when it was recently taken into new ownership but the staff were amazing and sorted out any issues. I will continue to use this service and I am very happy to have it local. We'll done to all that work there as our little village is huge now and this results in extra pressure. Keep up the good level of service.
The new system worked leaving me a message the my items were available for collection. However if they had been available 2days before when I collected the bulk of my prescription it would have been a lot better. Food for thought!
Staff very friendly and efficient. New system of contacting customer by text for prescription is good ( although my wife has not been contacted on her phone yet .l have spoken to staff about it so I'm sure it will be resolved soon ) Overall I'm very pleased with the service I get .
Excellent improvements. Using the nhs app for repeat prescriptions result in a text saying it is ready and giving me a code. Giving the code to the chemist and I received my prescription very quickly. And, all of the staff are very courteous
I have never had a problem with the pharmacy. My prescriptions have always been there when needed,
The new system is great and very helpful I like the idea of not having to ring to have it made up anymore.
