Plenty of spaces but they tend to fill up quickly, most probably because it's right by the beach so not too far to carry the paraphernalia that you need if you've got children with you. It is also close to food and drinks (hot and cold) with indoor and outdoor seating, very convenient. It's a pay and display car park but my friend insisted she would pay as I was her guest for the weekend so, unfortunately, I cannot tell you the cost though, judging by how popular it is, I can't think it's too expensive.
Nice clean beach perfect for a summer vacation. Please note restrictions for dogs during the summer
Not so much the car park, but the toilets. They have really improved since last year and are, in July 2023, a pleasure to use. Well done, whoever got this sorted out
Parking opposite main beach , pay by phone I think ?? . Toilets as well, which are open .
I parked at this site although convenient for the beach and local amenities. The cost of parking here is extortionate they have double the parking charges. It cost me £10 to park more than 4 hours. 2 hours is £3 and upto 4 hours is £6. Yes there has to be charges but I think this is way to high for a small coastal village.
Good Size car park for the bucket and spade brigade. Nice views of the bay as scoffing delicious fish and chips and avoiding greedy seagulls as the sun disappears in the evening.
Expensive at £10 for the day compared to other car parks. Be warned you have ro pay by phone signs not obvious
Great pack place and even easy to get a space on a busy day, even though mega selfish people block off multiple spaces for their mates
