Not even received our food yet but the attitude of the lass on the phone was disgraceful! If you can’t be bothered with customer services then this job isn’t for you! I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and all I got back was ‘what with’ I said sorry? She said ‘what with, for the chicken balls’ that level of attitude is enough to put me off another order! Sort it out!
Always love coming here, the munch box is my favourite thing to get for when you can’t decide what you fancy as it offers a little bit of everything! Food is always good quality Everytime I’ve been and I will always recommend this takeaway
I’ve ordered from here occasionally for about a year and never had any problems, however I got violently sick with food poisoning after ordering from them on Saturday night (10 February 2024). Interestingly, the day before they had posted on Facebook about having electrical problems. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again.
What a great traditional authentic food venue. Been going here for years The quality and consistency of the food is wonderful.
Quick pickup and delivery and have a great menu selection to choose from.
Take away only, no eating in facilities.
Can be a little tricky to find so Google the address for directions, but well worth a trip.

Gave it a try and I’d say it the best Chinese food we have had in Wakefield. Really good value for money. Got to try £19 deal.
First time I've used the takeaway as it was recommended but don't think I will return,only ordered 2 mains with 2 rice
When I got home,5 miles away,I found 3 rice,1 main and a side portion not a good 1st impression so won't be using again or recommending.
Food is really nice great sized portions and quick delivery. Delivery driver is always smiling and polite. Try the munchbox it's great for when you can't decide what you want to eat
It's just got better over last couple a months! Lovely food...friendly and efficient staff at other end of the phone, and spot-on delivery service! ???? Please keep on doing what ya doing Lotus!! ????
