The portions were enormous and the price was more than fair. I got the large cod and it took some time to finish. It definitely could be split between two people. The fries could have been dropped in the fryer a little bit longer to make them more crunchy, but no big deal. Service was also immaculate.
Surprising place to try fish and chips.
My friend and I got the classic cod with chips. The fish was really crispy and the chips are fried from freshly cut potatoes. Behind us while eating we noticed a lot of potato bags.
The only complaint is the lack of sauces that one could have the dish with. Though it’s not necessarily needed but still a very welcomed option.
Best part was the price. Not even 10£
Very good fish and chips. If we are in this neighbourhood again, will definitely come back. Tasty crispy fish and nice potatoes with vinegar ???? prices are very friendly: we got two portions and paid 20 pounds.

Old reviews are old and don't apply to the friendly new management. These guys are great! A stonking mother lode of hot, satisfying chips (with salt and vinegar of course), two pieces of fresh, delicious cod and 8 chicken nuggets, all cooked before my eyes in 5 minutes, and all for £13. Total bargain! They threw in some curry sauce too. I'll definitely be back - thanks Lee's!
Very tasty fish and chips, large portion and well prepaired. Friendly staff that will bend over backwards to make you feel like at home. I really enjoyed this place with my family and will come back again once we visit London.
Good and relatively cheap Fish and Chips made absolutely fresh. Looks a bit detterent from the outside, but nice personal and good qualtiy.
