Never had a bad meal from here but last night ordered a large mixed meat and chips hardly any of either chicken, mainly donner meat, chips were like they were left from the lunch time, and stone cold even my 2 year old and 4 year old wouldn't eat it and they eat pretty much anything. Not impressed at all. Hopefully it was just an off night and won't happen again.
This is a good chip shop that has lots of deals and offers.
The main deal is the fish which is cooked amazingly with care and respect. Not dried out or under cooked. The batter is light and best when super fresh but can be a little on the oily side. As for the chips this is a game of two halves...
The plain chips are in need of love. A little on the soft side but maybe on a different day they get the crispy love they deserve.
The battered chips are the bomb, not over the top at all and full of flavour.

We love The Fish and Chip shop. Amazing food. Tasty, fresh and great value for money. Staff are super friendly.best chip in area.
I've went to many different chip shops around West Midlands and i have to say, without doubt, Kings Chipp Inn, is the best chip shop i've ever been to. The family and I are regulars. Plenty of different foods to pick from. Lovely staff. The food is always 10/10. Highly recommend!!!
This place is awesome! I’m from San Francisco, California and have family in Wolves - they took me here. In SF, you just can’t get a good fish n chip. It won’t happen. So I dream about proper British fish and chips back home. This place was the best fish and chip I’ve had hands down.
I can confidently recommend their battered chips with a large cod. (Don’t forget curry sauce). Slam that with some salt and vinegar and you’re set.
At night, they serve some Punjabi style kebabs. They call it “sheesh kebab” I’ve known it as a Sikh kebab. Either way, it’s a tandoori kebab on fresh naan. Epic with mint sauce. Their mixed kebab slaps too! Great taste, great value, fully recommend 10/10.

Paid £6 for some cold chips and pie is rock solid likes it’s been there all day it’s not fresh Evan the young Woman very unhygienic I was watching her as I was waiting for my food I wish I walked out and cooked
