All the staff are nice and helpful. If there is a problem between gp sending the correct prescription they always do everything they can to help resolve any issues. Susan the pharmacist goes above and beyond to help with great advice and gave her time to look for a suitable alternative medication to take back to the when the doctor doesn't listen to allergies. Even when very busy they don't rush you.
Excellent service and excellent team. Always pleasant and go out of their way to help. Fast turnaround on prescription.

What a fantastic Pharmacy - the best we have ever dealt with. Our mother was very ill and needed drugs urgently. There was a problem with the paperwork and they could have easily not let us have them however, they did everything they could to solve the problem and sort out the issue. It is so nice to deal with people who have great ethics and empathy. Highly recommend and will not use any other Pharmacy on the island.
I urgently needed antibiotics on new year and fortunately this pharmacy was open. Even though there was a long queue with only the manager (I think Susan) and the assistant working, they handled the situation well and helped me with my prescription. Thank you :)
Medical center woman on the from desk proper jobs worth refusing to supply me with just two tiny hear aid batteries only because I did not have a little book .
I knew nothing about a book I was visiting , she still insisted she cannot give me any without this dam book even with me paying for them .
I just happened to cross the road and purchased a card with 8 batteries for £3 ,far more helpful ,understanding and pleasant and doesn't bark at you you'll have to join the Que.
I'm glad I didn't, just to inquire if they stocked them.

Really nice people but they never seem to have the products in and when they do, they don't call you. Good luck trying to get through on the phone!! You'll need to keep going in to check
Very poor service on every occasion. Despite ordering repeat prescription on collection of current one then again 10 days before required date, the medication was not ready. If there was a zero star rating, Jhoots would get it.
Echoing the other reviews here. Literally THE WORST service I've ever come across. The manager (apparently,) Susan, refusing to give out a prescription. And when asked about this by a concerned family member over the phone, she replied "I'm not talking to you about this" and hung up?? When we went in to speak to her personally, she barked "I'M NOT DEALING WITH YOU!!" even when approached politely. Did not want to help in any way. Was suddenly very helpful when a qualified nurse got involved. She has a disgraceful attitude, and awful demeanor. Apparently this is a common view by people who frequent there. I can honestly say, I'm glad I don't.
