Lovely experience using jacks garage. Took my Nissan GT-R there for an mot and check up. No haggling on issues and very on point with anything that needed to be addressed. 10/10 would definitely use them again
I can not recommend Jack highly enough. My elderly parents had an issue with their car not starting and as its my dad's lifeline should anything happen to my disabled mum we didn't want him stranded, so we contacted Jack, explained the situation they were in and asked if he could take a look. As the car wouldn't start Jack went round to their home at very short notice. Embarrassingly the car started first time. He suggested that he took the car back to his workshop to run some diagnostic's, which he did and even took it for a test drive. Although he couldn't find an issue, at no point did Jack make us feel we were wasting his time. He was really lovely about the whole situation and extremely understanding. He went out of his way to ensure that the car was checked out (amazingly at no cost) and we can not thank him enough.
Used jack for many issues, from multiple roadside recovery’s, servicing, engine management lights and mot. Everything was done flawlessly and very reasonably priced. Will always be coming here for my car needs
