Go above and beyond very helpful staff
Wait till 10 o'clock for the chemist to be open to call through save me trailing my children out if its not gonna be there. Then told I can't check to see if a prescription is ready for me to pick up unless I call in person or call back in an hour because there in a different building like seriously doctors and chemists are just becoming behond the joke now any issues I have are taking over a week to resolve just due to no one willing to help whilst my health is put at risk . Called back an hour later only to be hung up on 3x I guess I'll be walking then.
This morning at 11 o'clock I ordered my husband prescriptions from Carmel Medical Practice at 2 45 they were delivered to our house by Clarkes Chemist that is service thank you.
This team is awesome! Always super friendly and eager to help!
