Customer service was ok , yes ! But you had to be the one calling for updates . They have less hands working so organisation is not top notch . They take time to find one fault that leads to another fault which affects lengthy time in getting car parts . My car was there for weeks and I had patience but they ask me to come remove my car after I expressed my dissatisfaction on the long delay . Aside that customer care is friendly but delivery is not too organised.
Told they were too busy week commencing 30/10/23 to fit my car in. Receptionist came across over the phone as sharp and stern in mood. Was recommended by a friend that this was a reliable and good garage. Will take my business elsewhere.
What a great garage. I was fitted in at short notice and major repair completed really quickly. Great communication, really friendly and explained everything so I understood not only costs but why it was needed. Steve was amazing, top, genuine bloke - will say it as it is. Highly recommend and will use this garage in the future. Thank you so much!!
Absolutely amazing service, couldn’t rate them any higher! I went in with an electronic parking brake fault that all garages I’d tried so far wouldn’t touch and advised me to go the car dealership instead. Dropped my car off on the morning, got my car back same day after updates letting me know the fault and cost, was surprised by how reasonable and affordable it was after being told it would be an expensive fix by the car dealer! Would recommend this garage to anyone!

Used this garage for the first time and I must say what a genuine lovely bloke did whatever he could to keep the price down but do an amazing job of fixing my car at the same time would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future
Don't trust this business. Took my car in to discuss why it was leaking coolant. Without a pressure test they 'knew' it was a gasket deep in the engine requiring 6 hrs labour at £240 cost before parts . Was also recommended to change another part while they were working on the engine and to not get a cheap part. Another garage found the true fault which was only a £37 part and fixed the fault. Unless you know them, avoid!
Excellent garage. Always do a professional job at a good price. Would recommend to everyone. 5* service from Steve and the staff. ????
