Quick in and out, excellent service buy the MRI technicians, very helpful and professional. Limited parking at the front and a few disabled bays. Not to far from Hornchurch high Street.
I have phoned Westland Medical Centre this morning to enquire about where to park as, travelling by bus is too jolting for me currently. Westland medical centre advised there was limited parking but they couldn't guarantee availability and suggested I call direct to in health. I did this. The gentleman who took my call didn't listen properly to what I said and asked me things like when us my appointment after I'd stated I had an appointment on a certain day. then he said something I really couldn't make out so I shared I was having trouble understanding hus English and could he enunciate clearly. He asked me to hold so I did fir a few minutes until it became clear he was not likely coming back. I've phoned the hub but it's impossible to get through and too exhausting listening to all the recorded messaging before you get our in a queue to speak to a person and I didn't feel able to complete the process. so I tried again to phone the Inhealth breast screen department but phone just rang with no-one answering. hence I'm giving it 2 stars. The private companies just don't seem up to the standards pne wpiöd expect. At the very least clear good English should be required of people answering the phone. it would be lovely if they are able to speak another language as well to help those who don't or can't speak English but I genuinely couldn't understand this gentleman who felt unable to speak clearer when I requested him to do so to help me understand him and so I'm wondering if its even safe for me to go.
Been here several times for MRIs. Always found the staff pleasant and helpful and put you at ease if you are nervous. Efficient too. Can be difficult to park nearby but there is a Sainsbury car park one minute walk away.
Receptionists were considerate and calming. I was treated with kindness and respect and the whole process was very efficient.
I was extremely nervous about having an MRI so had checked reviews here before going to ease my worries but they added concerns and I was expecting the worst. I'm leaving this for anyone in a similar position and either things have changed or I got lucky but both receptionists were great and MRI technicians were also very good.
wouldn't even give them a 1 star if i could. this place is notorious with cancelling your appointment on the day and they will make you rebook several times before allowing u to attend the appointment. my appointment was cancelled because the day of my MRI there wasnt a specialist on duty to attend to me SO WHY WAS I BOOKED ON IF THERE WAS NO ONE. offered me another appointment AN ENTIRE MONTH later in Ealing! from hornchurch to EALING! thats 1 hour 40 mins away from me. absolutely ridiculous service.
I am very impressed with this health centre.
My Appointment was booked for October however due to the intense pain in my neck I decided to call the helpdesk to have a bit of a moan as waiting a month for a scan seemed outrageous.
However when I called the helpdesk they managed to slot me in for that week
Excellent.
My visit to the clinic was extremely positive to.
The appointment was bang on time and the staff were attentive professional and caring.
The health Centre was spotlessly clean with refreshments available like tea and coffee.
Parking is available outside the clinic on a sunday however there is a single yellow line.
Results were received within a week. Incredible.
Well done to all the staff that supported me during my visit.

Not even a star....it is the second time attending my appoitment for my mammography and the nurse on reception, the oldest one but not old, been very rude with my husband asking permission to use the toilet for obviously reason,wearing the mask and using hand gel and maintaining distance...
She shouted:here I ask questions!!
This is not acceptable for a staff nurse working in this enviroment specially in this period
I am NHS clinical nurse and Iam expecting this "colleague" to think about why she is there....just reflect!!

I had an mri appointment on 23/06/2022.
The staff at the place wer verry helpful and made my experience so much easier as i suffer from aniexty and costrophobia if it was not for lynda and amrina i would have walked away without having a scan ! they made me feel really comftable and assisted me with the scan and re assured me the whole process and took extra time with me.
Thank you verry much i really appreciate it and feel like you have taken away a fear i had for a long time.
