Absolutely excellent place, great staff the place is spotless it's how every nhs clinic should be run. For any one that's has a fear of going in MRI machines go try the open MRI. I can't say enough good things about this place. Big shout out to Ken and suzanne for helping me through the MRI as I still had some fear and could not do it without them.
Excellent all round, quickly and efficiently booked in. First class medical care. Surgeon was brilliant asked what music I wanted played to put me at ease. The operation was done perfectly with minimal pain. Coffee and biscuits afterwards while I recovered. Can't thank the excellent team of staff, nurses and doctors enough. Thank you
The difference between NHS and private! The nurses and Docs are superb. The surroundings are noticeably superior.
I am not from gateshead, I am from Houghton le spring, I got referred from my GP to thr gynecologist and it was such a amazing place, the nurse who I had today was amazing she was so lovely toward me.
Went to Tyneside surgical services recently (14/10/2023) I had breast augmentation (implants) with Mr Robert Thomas and have to say he is one of the nicest,caring and most patient surgeons I have ever met,he has a great passion for his work and this shows in the end results as his work is impeccable,from my first phone consultation to then meeting Rob he was there to answer any questions,he explained everything in detail,surgery was planned and scheduled and went as smoothly as I could have asked for,was home the same day with aftercare,have been back for my follow up appointments and Rob and all the nursing staff I cant say enough about them,I would recommend to anyone.thank you Tyneside surgical services.
Stunning private medical centre dealing with private medical and surgical matters, both NHS referrals and private medical treatment. The place is calming with a non clinical feel. The staff are lovely and professional and treat you with respect as you would expect from such a place. The car park is small, but with this being a private medical establishment, there is plenty of room for the slow influx of patients.
Place to go for mri scans if u don't like being to closed in open sided scanner, staff very friendly,
Can't really show more photos it's a hospital, new Tyneside Surgical Services on Fifth Ave Team Valley Gateshead, absolutely fab, scrupulously clean,modern facilities, quick efficent service, the best staff I've ever encountered, friendly knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble from the nurses to the theatre staff to the surgeon aswell, not forgetting the receptionists I cannot praise them enough, I went from weeping in the car on the way over to smiling and laughing in no time at all (I was very scared and anxious on the way) seemed to be in and out in the blink of an eye and I was in theatre roughly 2.5 to 3 hours, you get your own little pod so the nurses san see you, I simply cannot recommend this place enough.
