I have used Independent Ford Specialist on many occasions, and was there again today 19th March 2024 for routine service work on my Mondeo 2.2 Titanium X Sport Estate.
These guys really know Ford's like the back of their hands, and only genuine Ford parts are used on anyone's vehicle.
They are very courteous & polite, don't mess about, just get on with the job in hand to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible.
They are specialist in the Ford field without any doubt, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Independent Ford Specialist to anyone - Well Done Team !!!
Had an issue with my sync connect on my ford. These guys fixed the issue for me and didn’t charge me. Friendly service 100% would recommend and will be coming back for future services ????????
Lee was very helpful providing a prompt diagnostic at short notice and resolving my fuel pump issue, which baffled 3 other garages. I was kept informed what was going on and how long the job would take. I was offered a lift into town, offered fruit and refreshments whilst waiting. Very thoughtful customer service ????. Pleased with the work carried out and told to ring if I needed to.

Took my van in with several oil leaks as i live in my van lee made alot of effort to make sure it wasnt off the road for long really cant fault the service and if i have anymore issue i now where im takin it
Shocking service. Called to book a car in for work that they recommended after a diagnostic. Tried to book a car in on a Monday to work around work commitments, I was flexible with dates. Dave told me to forget it and hung up on me! No explanation, or anything. No reason for him being so rude. Absolutely gobsmacked. Glad I didn’t drop the car to them now.
I brought my fiesta here and he fixed it first time in the time frame needed to many thanks great garage great service
