Aaron goes above and beyond for his customers, would not use any other garage we have been using Aaron for years. Even when he is busy he goes out of his way to make sure he can get you in, 100% on all work he does. Would always recommend!

Very happy with Aaron, Jess and team. I work at Lotus Cars and needed a nice easy way to get my car sorted out while balancing work commitments. I simply arranged for Aaron to collect the car from Lotus and then bring it back at the end of the day. It couldn't have been easier for me. Good rates too, so very happy to recommend the level of service from Hapton Service Station. Good customer service the old fashioned way and much appreciated.

Well what can I say!!!! Absolutely superb service from the new Swardeston base!!! Went above and beyond to get my sons MOT done! Highly recommend and will certainly be going back again. 5 * service!!
Just a heads up re Highfield garage now owned by hapton service station. Took my car there for an MOT Monday - they said they would call if it failed / needed work doing. I looked online as hadn’t heard anything from them to see it had failed on handbrake efficiency. No phone call so I called them to be told they were just going to check it and call back with a quote. Still heard nothing a few hours later so called back again and got told they had done the work but didn’t give a price. When I went to pick my car up, got told it was going to be £75 and was told the female receptionist had finished for the day and id get a proper invoice in the morning. Called yesterday morning - she could not have been more unhelpful if she had tried .. her response was well it would have cost you £25 for a re-test if you’d have done the work yourself so virtually the same. I accept things like bulbs etc they would do without calling, however to charge £75 on top of the usual £45 MOT without checking seems very excessive. You’ve lost a customer!!!!
We have 11 vehicles in our fleet and would not use anyone else but Hapton Garage. Aaron is the most thorough, accommodating, cost saving and pure quality mechanic we’ve ever known. This guy knows his craft! Such a top quality service, every time
