Excellent friendly service. So glad to have Grange Pharmacy on the doorstep (so to speak!) and they go out of their way to help. Can’t thank them enough.
Always a pleasure to use my local pharmacy. Staff are very helpful. Always sort out any problems I have. I'm very reliant on my medication and they make this a stress free experience when I'm unwell or need my regular meds. They also have a variety of very reasonable products and gifts. We are very lucky to have such a great pharmacy locally.
I moved to this pharmacy probably 6 months ago as the manor pharmacy kept letting me down time after time even though they are closer to me!
Grange pharmacy have been 100% fantastic and gone above and beyond every time even delivering my prescriptions 3 times a week when I’ve not been able to get them! My health is complex and they have dealt with every request efficiently and professionally and even call me if my doctors have made a mistake!!
I should have moved too them sooner and I can’t recommend them enough and always make me laugh and smile every time I see them! Highly recommend and if they read this Thankyou so much our family really appreciate you!!
Moving from Lloyds pharmacy on the Hagley Road to Grange pharmacy was the best move I could have made. Prescriptions are always ready on time and the staff are very helpful and pleasant.
I have used my local pharmacy my entire life and never had any problems. I regularly have a laugh with all the staff members. Everyone is extremely repectful, kind and supportive. I always receive helpful advice. The service they provide is impeccable.
I have used Grange Pharmacy for many years and on a regular basis having to take multiple different tablets a day. I find the team that work in there very pleasant. This is a small family run business that have been on Howley Grange Road for longer than any other business on the road, which in my opinion says a lot. I would suggest before writing comments that are so discriminatory you think about the impact they may have.
Really disappointed today the member of staff that served me was rude. Ive never had a problem before. Medication was thrown in the basket. I don't have a contactless card. When I had apologised and said it wasn't contactless,I had a response of huffing and puffing. As I walked out I overheard who doesn't have contactless these days. Really hope this attitude is one off.
This is my local pharmacy and i have been using it for many years..I've always found it clean tidy and professional in how its presented also the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
