Shockingly Bad delivery Times ! Ordered at 5:15pm. Food still not arrived at 7pm! Shop opens at 5pm.... how busy could you become in the first 15 mins of opening? We could have driven to Exeter, booked a table, Eaten and have driven home in that time....
Great local Chinese that have enjoyed since moving to Cullompton in 1991. Very fast service and friendly owners and staff. Have always loved the curries here. On street parking close at hand and traditional Chinese takeaway interior, with seating in the waiting area.
Rang at 6.25 and pre-booked delivery for 7.30.
No delivery at 7.30, even though the had an hour to get the order ready.
8pm still no order.
Over half an hour late, and they haven't even the courtesy to apologise on the phone.
Avoid these jokers, spend your money elsewhere.
Awful experience- we phoned to order a takeaway at 7pm for collection. We were told to collect in around 40-45 minutes, we had experience before of this takeaway being late so arrived at 7:50pm for collection. They said it would be another 15 minutes. So I sat and waited, after 15 minutes I asked if there was an update, they said another 5 minutes, after 10 minutes I asked again for an update. I didn’t really get a response this time. All the while, the phone is ringing with customers complaining that their deliveries are late yet they are STILL taking new orders. At 8:50pm I finally left with my Chinese.
I explained that surely if they can’t keep up with the orders they should stop taking them or atleast be honest about the wait times. The response I got was ‘it’s not our fault we are so busy’.
Food is so good. Duck fried rice is so op i get it everytime
I'm a lorry driver and you just get fed up with the same old burger n chips or chicken n chips when your nighting out in the truck for the night and fancied something different for a change. These guys were Absolutely fantastic ! I explained my situation and the non-residential address and they were more than happy to deliver road side to me !! Brilliant service and very nice clean food with lots of flavour. Thank you Golden Eagle ????????
Phoned and ordered at 6:40, was told the food will be ready in 30-40 mins. Drove to collect and didn’t get the food until 8:05. And to top it off walk-in customers had got their food before us.
Been a customer here for years. Food always good. Staff helpful and delivery is prompt. Well done all of you and thank you.
