I love it here the manager Ryan and all the staff at the merryhill branch are so polite and friendly and very professional and the coffee and food and the cakes are so tasty thank you so much I will be back ????????????????????????
I usually just stick with what I know, and as I was heading back to my car, via Costa, I first walked past here and decided to try something new.
A very comfortable environment with a range of seating in an open area of the mall, the place is very easy to get to and certainly stands out.
I treated myself to a Bueno Donuts, their donut and cake range looks irresistible and I had to try one, which I do not regret for one moment. The donut had a range of flavours and textures and was reasonably priced at £3.50, and the Cremé Brulee espresso chiller was also so full of flavour.
They also do Blue Light Discount which is an added bonus! And cheaper than a cake and coffee from Starbucks or Costa, and A LOT more flavorsome, I strongly recommend you try this out. I will definitely be back for more now Ive been once. So worth it
Male manager that serves on the counter. His attitude is the worst I've ever come across talk about miserable. A smile and a good morning wouldn't go a miss. Infact if it wasn't for the nice coffee I'd go somewhere else. As there are plenty of coffee shops. Maybe a training course on how to greet your paying customers might help. Female serving with Glasses & Tattoos needs to be careful when talking about customers behind their backs once the customer has paid for their drinks and gone and sat down. You obviously didn't realize I was with that customer. Tut tut its very rude and unprofessional to talk about people when you think they haven't heard what you said .
Grabbed a coffee and a doughnuts here. The doughnuts are fairly large but at 2 for £8 there too expensive. Crusty creme is just next door and there doughnuts are cheaper. We had a lip stick mark on one cup. We told the waitress and they replaced the cup no problems.
My go-to for a nice coffee and slice of cake.
This part of Merry Hill is fairly uncrowded and quite which is ideal for a relaxing coffee.
Absolutely diabolical service from who I can only assume is the manager. Rude, ignorant and unhelpful. Asked for extra soya milk for my tea, as they NEVER give enough to make a decent drink and was charged £2.40 extra for it! When questioned they replied that they have to buy it in and charge 60p extra for every tiny shot of soya milk so that was what he decided to charge. The atmosphere is awful and all the staff seem terrified of him. Will NOT be frequenting this place again. ????
The coffee is soo nice! Way better than Starbucks and a lot cheaper. The staff are very helpful and friendly too. I love the vibes aswell it has a great atmosphere.
