Today has seen the end of a long journey that was only possible with the support of Renuka who has overseen our business with the Home office since May 2018. She has been truly professional and always kept us informed of any changes that we should be aware of in a timely manner. At the start of this association it was agreed that their office in Delhi would take care of the person in India and this enabled a smooth flow of the entire process of visa application. Subsequent applications for renewal of said visa was dealt with by Renuka so there was continuation of care. With all the stress and worry when dealing with the Home office it was very good to know we had the team at Gills law on our side. Our heartfelt thanks to them and especially to Renuka.

Me and my extended family have been using Gills Immigration Law for a long time now. They have always provided an excellent service. My uncle had previously used three different lawyers who badly advised him. Gills Immigration recently dealt with his case whose application was approved on the basis of being in the uk after 20 years despite his case being complex. Mr Gill and his assistant Renuka were very efficient in dealing with all our queries and the outcome was successfully.
Through a family recommendation, I approached Gill Immigration Law firm to assist my uncle's 20 years Long Residence application. The initial meeting with case worker - Renu, was very positive and insightful as her knowledge and experience was a major factor in accepting their services. I can honestly say the whole experience from start to finish was excellent and at no point did I have doubts in the service I was getting. The fees and costings were fully explained and this was conducted through a step by step process. Renu explained the full procedure and was very honest from the minute go to what we needed but emphasised having the correct paperwork first before making the Home Office application. Her calm demeanour and patience helped me understand the process better for then to be able to gather the application evidence needed. She was always contactable during working hours to assist our enquiries and when in doubt she would always check with the main solicitor - Harjinder to ensure we had the correct processes in place.
Behind the scenes carried an emotional significance for my uncle, who has had to struggle to get where he is today and the success of this application rested upon the work of the firm and the evidence gathered. Where there was challenges, we managed to work together in exhausting all avenues to ensure our application was fit and ready for submission. Once our application was submitted, Renu had a meeting with us to discuss the Home Office process with every possible detail related to the application and interview related to our appointment. Where we had questions she would answer them comprehensively to ease our concerns.
As of this week, my uncle's application was successfully granted leave to remain in the UK and I can not stress our deep gratitude to Renu and Gill Immigration Law firm in helping us when things looked bleak at times.
