Recently moved to St Albans and took my car to Dan for a full service, on the back of others' reviews and recommendations. Super knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and very reasonable on price. No hesitation in giving 5 stars.
Amazing service from Dan again at Gibsons Auto Services. We had two faults flag up on our car and Dan got us booked in, parts ordered and car fixed within two days. Exceptional service! We have used Gibsons twice in recent months and both times we have been amazed at how smoothly, politely, professionally and affordable the work has been. On the last occasion they took out a piece and because the replacement wasn’t available at a fair time and price from the manufacturer, they discussed then soldered it back together again and had it back with us the same day. We were delighted, and delighted at the price
Can’t recommend this place enough- Dan managed to fit me in at quite short notice, informed me of the issue and assured me it wasn’t urgent to fix immediately (as I have a long drive planned, this was reassuring). Everyone was super friendly. Dan also let me know of a pretty significant issue with the car that I was unaware of until this point so I was very grateful for that. I will be using them in the very near future to fix some cosmetics as they quoted a great price, and I will more than likely go here when my car is due a service in a few months. 100% recommend to anyone!
