I dropped our Mazda Bongo into GB back in July for an MOT, where I was advised that a lot of welding needed to be done. Cue repeated phone calls chasing for updates and not being given any REAL updates on what has been done or dates on when it will be fully fixed. I finally got the van back today - some 4 months down the line - and the coolant alarm has gone off because it clearly hadn't been moved in all the time it was there.
Bill and Carl have done some sterling work on the van in the past but this has been without question the WORST experience I've ever had with a garage. I won't be going back to them and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
Friendly and good service.They do the work that is needed and don't mess you around. Been taking my Bongo there for the past 12 years and will continue to do so.
Can't fault them...called last minute as needed my car checked over as engine fault light had come on and needed to sort it before journey back home to Devon. They got me in and sorted the problem that same afternoon.
MOT done for our Mazda Bongo. Passed with flying colours. Friendly guys and obviously Bongo savvy. Will book a service with them in due course.
