Listed under a different name on Uber Eats, and I’m not surprised why. Avoid Brooklyn Calzones. This is how my calzone arrived. First of all, it’s not even my order. But most importantly, how can a business be okay sending out something like this? It arrived with the can like this. Calzone was squished and even if it was my order, it’s inedible.
I called these guys and explained the situation. Poor communication. And was asked to pay a £2 delivery fee for a new order… I explained I didn’t have any cash on me… Will I get a fresh order? Time will tell.
Avoid Brooklyn Calzones on any of your food delivery apps ????

Okay to start off with this review if your happy to order a pizza at 1am in the morning being told it’s 15mins when it’s takes almost 1hr! To get here ridiculous and not only that when the pizza finally chooses to arrive, one of our pizzas we chose to order was half an half with half pepperoni and half BBQ to find the complete opposite and a messy pizza with no BBQ sauce on there great start then the second pizza we ordered well there was a few Black hairs on our chicken which on the phone when we complained and wanted our money back had said they don’t give refunds but they said “yeah it’s that busy we don’t bother with hair nets” bloody disgusting if you ask me!
Ordered through just eat, called half an hour after the order was "delivered" and the guy said it was on its way. Half an hour later and we call again - the man asks my friend and the same person on the phone is incredibly sexist and asks her if he can speak to "her boyfriend or a man" instead of her?? It's 2019 and companies are still out here being sexist and rude to their customers
You go to a place like this and you don't expect quality food, but you do expect them to be able to take an order. On my last (and final) visit on Mon 1pm on 20th August 2018 the guy at the counter refused to put an order through because he didn't know where the button was on the till. I was happy to be patient with him as he said it was his first day but he started shouting at me! When I wanted to add a side order to my pizza he completely lost it and refused to talk to me! I left a bit befuddled, with no idea what I had said to upset him and with no pizza. Complete waste of my time and ruined my excitement about treating myself to a takeaway. There are other options on Portland Road and I seriously advise anyone to explore them before visiting here.
Absolutely shocking tbh please don't order from these , we ordered this eve as used to collect a few years ago when we lived in hove and food was great as a Friday night treat , obviously had been taken over waited over 1 hr for delivery turned up stone cold , rang to complain took 3 different people to work out what was wrong was told replacement would be with up in 20 mins. That was 1hr ago and still waiting !! We will review on justeat the same review , can't believe I tipped the delivery driver who's ass was hanging out his pants ,,, please people order from elsewhere
This was the worst kebab I have ever had. We ordered one large donner kebab wrap with garlic mayo and all the salads and a small donner kebab with garlic mayo and all the salads. Firstly the wraps were both exactly the same size there was the exact same amount of meat in both wraps there was also no salad or sauce in either of the wraps. I rang to enquire about this and they refused to take responsibility saying I did not order sauce and salad I looked at the order to check I did infact order salad and sauce before ringing, I asked if they would be able to send out another two wraps with the sauce and salad and they refused. They refused a refund and hung up abruptly. The wraps upon arrival were also stone cold... WORST kebab ever. Awful customer service over the phone.
Just got two chicken burger and chips meal. I wasn't aware that some slab of a microwaved chicken nuggest constituted a chicken burger. And the chips tasted like wisps of a lonely, hollow death. Further more I ordered a Dr. Pepper not a Pepsi. I guess you could say I washed down my dissapointment with more disappointment.
