Stopped here for a quick lunch between distillery tours. I had the scampi wrap special, which was very tasty but could have done with another couple of bits of scampi. It came with a more than adequate portion of chips and a nice, crisp, fresh salad with a lovely dressing. The waitress was pleasant enough without being overly welcoming, but we felt she was more interested in having a conversation with the local fish merchant than us as her customers?
We arrived just as the kitchen was closing but the delightful owner (I think!) came over and said that if we ordered quickly then she'd get us some food. We both had their wraps which were delicious and big! there was a good buzz there and the cakes looked amazing! (normally I'd have scoffed the lot but I was on a budget that day!).

Quick lunch for 2 for less than 25£. With salad, slaw, chips and drinks. We thought it was a very good deal.

Stopped off to grab a takeaway sandwich, also ordered one for my husband who was about 10 miles behind me. No sooner did he walk in the door and he was greeted with his lunch. Now that's service! Delicious bread, loads of tasty filling, nice salad & coleslaw. We'll be back!

Great all-day menu choices and a fantastic big breakfast. It's such a nice atmosphere with great service. We love it.
Had a good breakfast this morning and it was well priced. Added bonus that dogs are not welcome in this cafe.
