Finally been back for another meal and it was even better than the first. Children loved it too. Went on a Saturday and it was very busy which was a good sign. Highly recommended. Easily the best place to eat in the area.

What a lovely place! Went for Sunday lunch and as we are vegetarian and weren't overly keen on the vegetarian selection on the Sunday lunch menu, they gave us the usual menu and we ordered from that instead.
The portions were very generous, well priced and the food was delicious. Two of us enjoyed our vegetarian pastas and two enjoyed the pork and beef. The desserts were just as good.
Very nice toilets too.
We'd made a reservation. This is definitely advisable as by the time we left the restaurant was full.
Highly recommended.

This is a lovely restaurant in caldicot, it's the sort of restaurant that you forget where you are until you leave, the atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, great for a cosy meal, the wine menu has a great selection and the food menu is great plenty to choose from and there is something for everyone, the only thing I'd say wasn't great was the coca cola it's £3.20 for a large coke which is fine however it tastes like the own brand cola from Asda which is 35p for 2 litres it's not very nice at all, probably a lot better with alcohol. Over all I'd really recommend this restaurant, it's welcoming and very well presented.
Wow. Had an amazing meal at FrAtelli this evening. I shared a starter and had a fabulous linguine main course. Both were a delight to look at and eat.
Had a fantastic meal last night (7th December '18). There were 16 of us in our party. Waiter service was just perfect. Polite, helpful, very efficient, very professional. Some in our group changed certain ingredients in their choice of meal with no problems. Very accommodating! Even though the restaurant was packed out, the service was first class! Food was piping hot and everyone commented on how lovely it tasted. It has been the same every time I have visited, whether in a small or large group. Well done to ALL the staff and wish you a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year! You all deserve it, as you all work so very hard. I am always impressed by your friendliness and professionalism. So are my friends and colleagues. ????????????
Went here on our last day, had a lovely smoothie whilst my partner had a beer! Lovely friendly lady working there and a young man. We were loving the 80's music being played there so much we decided to stay for a snack - hummus with pitta bread, and they did a hot, gluten free roll for me with mine! Lovely!
Accidentally found this place late at night looking for casual eating, turns out it's more of a dress-up (shirt and dresses) a bit sit down restaurant.
We got their 30 minutes before close but we're still sat and served, food and service were fantastic, we ordered a few fish and pasta dishes. All the dishes we ordered were lovely.
I will most likely return with my partner at some point a little better dressed.
Always excellent friendly service. Fantastic food. Consistent quality and taste. Staff remember you. A warm friendly atmosphere. Love eating here. The T-Bone & the Fillet steak are always cooked as requested (we have ours MEDIUM). We highly recommend a visit for all ages.
