Lovely room spotless, meals and service first class , view of Loch Ness great, Terry and Louise first class hosts, will be back next year .
We had a good experience here. It's a pretty basic room with shared bathroom, but everything was very clean and we had no problems with that. Had an amazing view of Loch Ness and is just steps away from a great hiking to Foyers falls.
Had the best stay here, super welcoming to my friend and I! The restaurant and bar was really nice to have after our long trek, the room was clean and the cats came to say hi to us while we saw the amazing view!
This is as far as I'm aware the highest viewpoint from Foyers to the Loch and it looks amazing. Also its only a short walk to the Foyers Falls, a must see in the area.
The owner (Louise I think?) was the only person we dealt with for EVERYTHING and she was so lovely to us!!

I had the worst experience with [Foyers roost] during my recent trip. I had informed them in advance about my arrival time and had received confirmation that my room would be ready for check-in. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they refused to let me check in and did not provide any explanation for their actions.
Despite my attempts to reason with the staff and explain my situation, they remained unhelpful and unsympathetic. I was left stranded and without a place to stay for the night, which caused a lot of inconvenience and stress.
The way I was treated by the hotel staff was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to look for better options in the area.
Overall, my experience with [hotel name] was very unpleasant, and I hope that they will work on improving their customer service in the future.
Excellent view of Loch Ness in a quiet location , clean tidy room and well furnished , excellent value for money , large choice of whisky of which you are only allowed 5 ???? and the bar shut at 9 ???? shared shower was clean
Probably one of the best places me and my boyfriend have stayed. Welcomed by the gorgeous cats followed by the most luxurious night stay. The rooms were gorgeous, clean and comfy and the owners were so welcoming. Will be coming back here!

One of the most fantastic places I ever stayed in my life. Nothing fancy but clean, cosy, friendly and service oriented to please customers. Louisa and Terry and their 8 cats are perfect hosts. Food is simply amazing and the Scottish breakfast is super tasty and very well done.
As a complementary, the views to the Loch Ness are stunning.
The bar with an endless menu of whiskies placed in two halls are an originality and something quite amazing.
I slept relaxed, warm and in total peace.
