A lovely little coffee shop, run by lovely people.
With fantastic selection of coffees , pastries , cakes and bread, what’s not to like.
If you are in Melbourne and fancy a coffee and a bite to eat , check out Forteys, you won’t be disappointed.
Cannot quite believe it's taken me twenty-four years to discover that this is here, so close by!
The people are lovely, and the hot chocolate? Oh, good Lord, it was to die for!

Delicious coffee, alternative milk available! I had an oat milk latte, and it was hands down one of the best ones I've had when out and about, easily in my top 3!
Selection of cakes/slices. There is not a huge vegan selection, but what is available is very tasty!
Fresh loaves available to buy as well.

Came in on a journey for work to grab a bite and a drink. Fabulous coffee, delicious sausage roll with pickle, beautiful bit of tiffin and most importantly a lovely atmosphere with really welcoming staff who answered all my questions with a smile. A proper coffee shop and a really lovely place to stop, can’t recommend highly enough.
Coffee good, cakes are pleasant. The only reason I'm deducting one star, is for the lack of atmosphere, as in much as the owners could do with a bit more interaction. They didn't speak once to each other and to a outsider you'd think the couple had a argument before opening. Also not much interaction with the guests. Maybe a one off, so ill update on my return.
Fantastic place to visit for a coffee, cake, hot chocolate or variety of old fashioned sweets. Happy friendly owners who always make you feel happy that you dropped in. Worth the 4 mile drive I make to get my fix. A satisfied local business Owner/Director - Julian at Acorn Tractors.
The best oat cappuccino I have ever had by a long way ???? lovely, friendly staff and delicious food. I have now visited 3 times with different friends/family and look forward to coming back again. Thank you Forteys!
