Absolutely shocking service!
Words barely describe what a shower their service & attitude is....
You give them weeks to prepare your prescription, you go in to collect and it's like they've never heard of you, and spend 10 minutes looking for your details. When they eventually discover you exist they say your prescription is elsewhere. They reluctantly agree to deliver it and take almost a week to day so. And when you open your prescription you find that the whole months worth of your most important medication is missing.
Do they tell you this? Or what they are doing to get this to you? No, they leave you wondering and having to chase them in vein.
I have to wonder whether the pharmacist knows that a patient shouldn't miss days of certain medication, let alone weeks of it.
If you don't take medication for stress and anxiety, you soon will when dealing with this shower!
Absolutely hopeless, and they don't care, they have the monopoly since the other pharmacy closed, and don't they know it...
I'm tempted to give up taking any medication than deal with these clowns, it would be preferable to the current state of play.
My husband and I were on holiday in the area when my husband feel ill,phone 111 and was asked to go to walk in centre in Salisbury and he saw a doctor.My husband is diabetic and was given a prescription to get.
On 8 Sept 2021 l drove to Fordenbridge pharmacy to get his prescription, the chemist opens up at 7.30am I was there at at 7.45am to be told that the pharmacies was running late and was due in the chemist in 2 hours time,this is a disgrace how does the chemist run a business.I was not prepared to wait until the pharmacies to come and had to go to LLOYD'S pharmacy had to wait until 8.30am and the chemist was 5 minutes late to open up.
Such friendly staff and pharmacist! My wife and I have been customers/patients for about four years now, and because of my wife’s severe disability, she needs a great deal of extra care. Fordingbridge pharmacy make this easy, by always treating you with dignity and respect (which, considering my acute depression is a Godsend). The pharmacist is a consummate professional, and the ladies and gents who sort the medication are so accommodating and helpful! I cannot recommend them more fully. As an aside, there is at least one patient who seems to ALWAYS be in the practice, being unreasonable and giving them a hard time for something that IS THE SURGERY’S FAULT. I find it difficult to see these kind, decent people being shouted at by the same person on a seemingly regular basis, but I guess that’s Fordingbridge for you... anyway, great service, even if you’re a rude arsehat.
**update** we have since joined pharmacy 2u online - order through the app, delivery in the post to your door. Suggest you all do the same and reduce the workload and income of this shambolic shop Couldn't organise a drink in a brewery. Got partners prescription wrong on multiple occasions and despite asking to see the management/ owner convieniently never on site, fobbed off with excuses. Pity Lloyds chemists is even worse in town better of two terrible businesses.
Was good my prescription was ready bagged and waiting only to told that they could not give as the Pharmacist was at lunch until 2-15 the sign said 2.
Don’t understand this only that having 0 competition in town leads to poor service
Please note the pharmacy has moved to the old boots location but they have not updated there google reference. The hours have also reduced to close at 6:30pm.
Contrary to other reviews I have found this pharmacy unreliable with unhelpful and rude staff, particularly being made to wait without even an acknowledgement of one's existence. They consistently let me down and provided me with contradictory advise about my prescriptions and even though they may have better opening hours I'd rather put myself out to go elsewhere and no that the service will be more reliable and to an acctable syandard
Brilliant service and open until 7pm on Sundays when no pharmacy at all is open in Ringwood! Very helpful staff, I called ahead to ensure the meds I needed were in stock. Easy parking very close in the main car park.
