I am not a mechanic but I do my own servicing. I needed work done on my car and looked online for parts prices which came to around £70, but I was limited for time and don’t have proper facilities. I asked Fleet Service Centre to replace the parts. I didn’t get the promised call when the car was ready and had to chase them up and got there just before they locked up. With proper facilities and equipment replacing the parts should have taken 60-90 minutes. I was charged £320! When I challenged the price the guy just mumbled excuses. To make matters worse when another job was being assessed by another mechanic it turned out they hadn’t replaced all the parts but ‘refurbished’ them! It was described as ‘barely adequate’. I won’t be going back.
I would have given less if allowed. These guys have supposedly done the work required, but stated they are unable to cancel the light as it can only be done at the main dealer. Now it needs an MOT and I was told it will fail as the light needs cancelling. So they accepted a work they were unable to finish and now are pushing me to spend extra money anyway. Please avoid as they are cowboys

Rang to ask about MOT repairs and a retest. The man on the phone said he was happy to do the MOT repairs and give me a free retest also. I arrived at 8am and was called at 4:30 to collect my car. When I arrived he told me he did not MOT, even though he said he would, leaving me with no car for a weekend. Was reasonably priced but just seemed like they wanted to finish up for the day and did not seem to care about customer service.

Came in on short notice for a small but problematic issue, the guys sorted it quickly and for a fair price. Would happily return.

Omg what a place. Took my car for MOT yesterday and it failed. Contacted these guys on recommendation. They fitted me in today. Fixed the faults then took it for another MOT. It passed.
These guys are fair. Understanding helpful. Friendly and above all honest.there work is incredible They have a new customer with me and I will highly recommend them to others.
