Excellent service, used the self check-in screen to register for a walk-in appointment. Waited around 1hr20, which was very good considering how busy it was. The Dr I saw was very polite, helpful and explained things well. Overall, very, very happy with the service received.
Visited here with my son today m, waited about an hour which I think is quite reasonable now days. The staff were really nice especially the consultant we saw Dan H who was very friendly and made my son less anxious about being there.
We were greeted by a really welcoming receptionist just can't express how nice it was to be treated with a smile. If only every place could be as nice. Thank you Lauren at reception! The doctor who saw us was really nice too and reassuring. Thank you Matt!
What's the point in saying it's open until 8pm if you then refuse to treat within that time? Would have taken the female nurse seconds to treat but she rudely shut me down and told me to go elsewhere.
I was given an emergency appointment after calling 111. I just had to say thank you to Michelle and her colleague (whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately). They were absolutely brilliant, gave me so much help and information. Thank you so much again x
Had to come in today as I've been u well for the last 3 days it turns out I have lung and chest infection.
I can not thank the staff enough especially the nurse who tended to me she was brilliant and gave me a good mot talked me through everything and let me know everything thank you to all.
Got here at 7:20pm in need to see someone, was told by reception the wait was 90-120 minutes, but they failed to tell me no one would be seen after 8pm! So wasted 40 minutes waiting to be seen for a gp to then come out and tell everyone no one else would be seen.
Thank you Matt ( urgent care nurse practitioner) for treating my grandson with the utmost care and professionalism His interaction with grandson put him immediately at ease, and treatment was spot on.
