Car broke down just before Christmas, took it to BMW who said there was nothing wrong with it. Had it dropped off to these guys on the 2nd (the day they opened back up for the new year) and it was ready to collect on the 4th. Everything seems fine now, touchwood!

My son hit a kerb with his BMW X1 and cracked the alloy wheel and split the tyre. We googled this and phoned BMW, there was only 1 alloy wheel to fit his car in the UK and was priced at over £500. I phoned Falcon Engineering and explained the situation. They had a Wheel in stock and they offered to fit a new tyre, new run flat valve, balance and deliver to my sons house in the Cotswolds the next day. The cost of this was £70 cheaper than the wheel alone from BMW !
I dealt with Lee who kept me informed of the progress by phone and text all the way through the process.I can not praise Falcon Engineering enough, they got us out of a real problem, professionally, swiftly and politely!
It’s rare to come across this personal service and attention to detail these days.We only bought a wheel and tyre from them, so just imagine if I had bought a car, I would not hesitate to use Falcon Engineering again and if I lived nearer they would be servicing all my vehicles.
