Thousands of people suffered
because of these cowboys so called “accountants”
They have now being investigated by Regional crime squad and Suffolk police for a fraud ligations.
The amount of lies they give to you is unimaginable.
I would give them zero stars review if it was an option.
This dodgy outfit cost me a lot of money due to their own false claims through HMRC.
Thought I was hiring an accountant to claim expenses for me, sent them all receipts I had, now 4 years later HMRC is chasing me to get £2k back because of lack of evidence, this company never told me I had to send evidence to HMRC as well, I never even seen the claim,they took their percentage and get to keep it while I'm now stuck, struggling to pay back HMRC for something I thought was done properly by professionals. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
Absolute sham of a company. After being informed of them by a work colleague I used their services!!! What a joke! After 5 years I am still being hounded by the Tax Office for monies owed due to FALSE CLAIMS!!!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS if you value your wellbeing. The stress, anguish, frustration that this company has caused me is a joke
This company should not be trusted. We’re one of many who did trust them to do a job but they failed and we now owe thousands to HMRC. They claimed for expenses without asking for any information from us and without our knowledge.
They are NOT accountants, merely bookkeepers, which we also did not know until recently.
Very unprofessional company, and zoe goodchild tricked me into thinking that she was claiming tax Rebates that were allowed, which turned out to be Wrong, and now HMRC are making me pay all the money back, whilst zoe goodchild and apostle accounting limited keep there 24% fee for making these wrong claims on my behalf and without my knowledge of what she claimed for. She claimed I approved these claims which of course I did not and I never signed anything to approve these claims either by digital means or paperwork.
If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star, years ago I trusted them as accountants, fool was I, they claimed for things and I should not have claimed for and had to pay back including her fee and interest, and did not claim for things I could at the time. Please do not use this company.
