Amzing service and the most friendly staff who were more than happy to offer advice and answer questions. Although little parking on the actual sight of the dental practice there is a huge amount of parking accross the road for just 70p and more parking further down for free.

Have been visiting this dentist for many years I've always received the best care and attention. All of the staff are very welcoming. Particular thanks to Kalpana, who has given me the most amazing dental treatment recently. Thank you it's really appreciated.
Very pointless appointment my partner went too. The staff were not welcoming and they were rude. We were told to park and wait on the drive. When we did this a woman came out and told us to move as a dentist is leaving. She told us to park some place else, there was no where else to park close by. My partner was told they couldn't do anything until new year and we told we would receive paperwork and a receipt and we had none. Personal recommendation go to a different dentist.
Absolutely shocked at the fact iv been kicked out of this dental surgery. I called to cancel an appointment due to being really poorly with a kidney infection because it wasn't 24 hours notice. They are no longer offering me any appointments.i offered to bring a doctors note to confirm my illness aswel.so be warned dare you become poorly all of a sudden and have to council prepare yourself to have to find another dental surgery. The receptionist is awful telling me to get ther or I will not be seen again. Alison has treated me an my 3 kicked for years now.she is an amazing surgeon. They so need to get a new receptionist as I think its down to her that the place has bad ratings
I needed 2 teeth removing that had broken and developed abscesses. Dr Penny Parry and her assistant were absolutely great. Constantly making sure i was comfortable and keeping me informed of what they were doing. DR Penny removed both teeth like a ninja and it was all over. I couldn't recommend more highly
Dentist is quite rude and does a poor job on your teeth if he doesn't like you. Also the fat blonde receptionist is probably the rudest person you would ever wish to meet. It's odd that someone like this works as a receptionist. At a dentist no less...
Alison is absolutely amazing, I moved away from Ellesmere port but I still travel there to have her as my dentist. She is so caring, she doesn't rush, she talks you through everything and does everything to make going a positive experience as it possibly could be!
Called to get an emergency appointment and spoke to what is likely to be the most rude receptionist ever!!! Totally unprofessional with zero lack or compassion and then seemed to take great pleasure in telling me that i'd been unregistered from them. I suggest she goes for some customer telephone training or gets a job where humans aren't involved. Or even better just avoid the place altogether!!
