Strolled into Eric Loving and Son Garage for a tyre change, didn't expect the school reunion. Good old Robert Robinson is working there! Remember him? Vanished after two terms, now he's resurfaced like a McDonald’s french fry from under your car seat.
As usual, our chat was as riveting as watching paint dry... but good to see the legend anyway.
Solid 5/5, worth it for the banter.

Adam, Jamie and co - have always come through unfailingly. This is a great local garage - they'll collect and drop off cars - fixed both of our cars reliably and reasonably, in short - they care. We were using a main dealer but as the cars got older the bills became extortionate, but I like my older car - fortunately Eric Loving and Son fixed it for £300 less. Great people, great service.
Superb place. It's smack bang in the middle of us and my daught. It's where we swap our grandson when he comes to stay. Lol
But , seriously, if you need anything horticultural ( machinery that is) this is THE place to go.
Robert Robinson was sweeping the floor when I arrived, I gave him his spiderman pants back, they were full of skidders and he was quite boring!
I'd had a long trapse through a fairly muddy field only to be underwhelmed in rekindling a school friendship with someone who became the target of my bullying
Great service, Robert knows his stuff but don't get caught up in a chat about Salamanders.
