Took my van it to have a stuck abs bolt removed and re tapped. When the van went in it had an intermittent abs issue. After re tapping and replacing the sensors with the new ones provided, the abs light was on permanently, got advised it was now an issue with my wheel bearing/abs ring.
It’s common for these abs sensors to be quite fussy, and need to be sat correctly. So I removed it to clean and refit to see if that fixed it, and found that the brand new sensor had been mangled and cracked in order to fit it. Nothing was mentioned to me about this when I went to collect.
I also noticed that the cable had not been routed/pushed into the clips, it had just been left to hang freely, it takes 2 seconds to push it into the clips…
I phoned up to cancel my booking for a new wheel bearing, and complained about this, the garages response was “ok, right. Thanks” and then hung up… no apology, no offer to make it right. Would recommend to avoid.
We can't praise Elite Autos and Dan Kelly enough for their honesty and integrity. We bought our Range Rover from Dan, and throughout the selling process, he was absolutely straight forward and trustworthy. He even pointed out a couple of little things that needed fixing before we took possession of the car, that we hadn't noticed during our test drive! He promised that he'd get it sorted, and he did. His after sales care was also very good, checking that everything was to our satisfaction. You can deal with Dan with confidence.

Got the car delivered their by the insurers and the guys have done a great job fixing the bumber, wing and new spray job, they even saved me money by fixing the light and done the MOT. Car looks great. Thank lads.

Had my bmw repaired here rear bumper and quarter absolute fantastic job can’t even tell it’s been painted. Very professional and job was done in a good timely fashion they were the cheapest quote I had and they couldn’t have done a better job. Will definitely be using them again if the need is required.
I bought a car from this garage in Jan. The car had been just MOT'd in Jan by the garage (apparently). The car has driven £30 worth of petrol (as I am only learning to drive). The car began cutting out and over heating in late May. We took it to a garage who looked at it and said the head gasket was gone. 5 garages wouldn't touch it as it was a mini.
I rang Elite who told me because warranty ran out there wasn't a lot they could do which I totally understand but did say they would speak to business partner and phone me back. (they never did).
I finally found an engine specialist garage willing to do the work. When he actually looked at the car, he came back to tell me the following was wrong with the car; Head gasket gone, Spark plugs failing, radiator gone, water pump gone, timing tension issues with timing belt. Thermostat gone. and other minor issues with the breaks. Slow puncture, and the spare wheel is rusted beyond use. £1700 to fix.
I totally understand things happen to older cars but there is absolutely no way these "mechanics" hadn't picked up on these problems. Really disappointed and disheartened on my first car purchase.
I asked them about servicing my car thoroughly. They said to me it's fine. Nothing is required. After 20 days I went to them for MOT, they replied me that Suspension work is required and they charged me £233 for that work. It's really annoying for me. I will never visit them. And don't recommend anyone to visit them. Atleast check with other garage about your car repair.

I was involved in a car accident and my Insurance Company arranged for the repairs to be carried out by Elite Auto Repairs. My car was repaired, washed, polished and returned to me in 2 days!!! I am very pleased with the excellent quality of work carried out. My car was returned looking brand new again - the finish on my car is remarkable. I would highly recommend this garage and most definitely be using them again should I need to.
Having the accident was stressful and upsetting but it helped tremendously that my car was repaired by an extremely professional, competent and friendly team.
