Cheshire family home of the Duke of Westminster open one or two days a year for charity. Spacious extremely well maintained grounds, with children's railway, carriage collection, beautiful chapel, kitchen garden and much more. Museum to current Dukes father's time with Territorial Army well worth seeing with military vehicles outside.
Gardens & Chapel open. Huge stable block. Open 3 times a year for charity. ATC and scouts marshals. Miniature railway. Everything beautifully polished and displayed. Extensive grounds, June in full flower. Lake, water features, sculptures. Class & quality.
I visited Eaton Hall on one of the three days it is open each year. I highly recommend it, was a cracking day and also great to do with children.
Beautiful gardens, very corporate but a rare chance to get to see a private estate The house is not open to the public.
