Very poor experience. They made an error in the original quote both in relation to what work was to be done (front brake pads rather than rear brake pads) and how much it would cost. They then replaced pads that didn't need replaced, leaving the ones that did need replaced on - and did extra work without calling or getting approval first - then added it to the bill. When I realised what had happened, they weren't interested and either didn't reply or denied all knowledge. They don't put their details on email correspondence and don't have a proper (or any?) complaints process. Anyone could make a mistake in a quote but when you're dealing with cars and you replace parts that don't need replaced that becomes a trust issue - and if you leave in place parts that put your safety at risk, that's dangerous. There are plenty other garages to choose from.
Never had any issues here. Great service from all staff every time. Have recommended to friends & family they have never had any issues either.

Used this place for the first time recently for an MOT. Friendly, well priced, fair assessment, will definitely use again.
Used online tool, fairly decent and easy too use.
Prices are similar to other local garages.
Car booked in for the 9-12 slot, dropped off at 11am.
Was told they are under staffed but would get the vehicle finished in the afternoon.
4 o'clock comes and I have to contact the garage for an update to be told no they're not working on it yet. I fully understand staffing issues however to be told we're really bust doesn't fly as we're all busy not to mention having commitments to meet.
5:45pm arrives and I get a call the car is ready. Shutting time is 6pm and I'm a 15min walk away - brilliant!!
Picked up the car but 6pm is not the afternoon and is honesty too much to ask of a public customer facing establishment?
Perhaps a visit elsehwere is required in future.
Really friendly and open customer service. Been using them for a couple of years now and they seem really trustworthy - I've never had the up-sale or any unexpected additional work being "recommended". Always had a competitive price too.
Booked to get my tyres changed night before. Took my car in after 3pm as agreed and car was taken immediately and job was completed quickly and professionally. Whilst waiting observes them being very helpful to other customers. Would use this garage again
