Food Collection pick-up service is very fast and only takes 5-10 minutes, although they do deliver to yarnfield as I wait for Chinese food more than half an hours .
If you want Chinese food and have no idea, please contact Johnson's staff. His very patient introduction was to your taste. I personally recommend the large Salt&pepper box as a great choice to share . Thank you Dragon Palace in Stone for having a unique Asian taste.
Ordered food and rang up 2 hours later to ask where it was, they said it was on its way. 20 minutes later we rang again and the worker was rude to my mom, my stepdad and me and then hung up on us. We tried to ring back again after waiting more and they put us straight though to voicemail. Food turned up and it had half the order missing and the food was soggy and lukewarm. Rang back to say we aren't taking it and they got rude again and hung up on us once more. Don't recommend they clearly don't care about their customers
The chips were £4.20 a portion and they were inedible, they were burnt and had been re fried. I don’t think I have ever complained anywhere before, but they were that bad I called to advise, I was called a liar and told the food was fine. I repeated that they are burnt and inedible and again was told they weren’t. I said I woud drive up with the bag of chips and show him as I aren’t a liar. Why would anyone eat the rest of the food and complain about the chips. I was told I would get a call back and then received a message again saying they don’t do refunds and that the food was to standard. I don’t know anyone that would have eaten them chips.
I replied saying how bad the customer service was and again I explained I never complain. I received another rude reply.
The food was greasy, one of the worst Chinese’s I have had but it was edible… but the chips. ????

Ordered food at 10:02pm, they close at 10:30pm and they cancelled the order and said it was too far to deliver even though I put collection!! They just don’t care and cost me £54 that will be held for 5 days. Appalling service and won’t be using here again! Better Chinese's such as Sunny Hill and Flaming Wok

Well that’s actually a lie as my son had been in just 10 minutes before we ordered, making that almost 10pm so you cooked with a gas leak fine then! I just know you couldn’t be bothered and instead of trying to cover up your rubbish, try being honest and apologising but meaning it. Pathetic
I will not order from this place ever again! I wrote instructions about the food and that was ignored so we couldn't enjoy it, also I gave instructions t call me because my buzzer don't work and they never listened to that either !! The food tasted terrible , we had more veg than anything and it took a long time to receive , so basically the customer is clearly not important at all , not to mention the meat was tough and chewy !! The food had an odd taste to it and is the most I ever spent on my order and only 1 bag of prawn crackers that I had to pay nearly 4 pound for , nearly 40 pound order I would normally get free prawn crackers . all in all I would not recommend this place what so ever... So but I speak as I find , so now I will be going back to the Chinese that put there customers 1st...
Just got home and writing this as I'm still eating and I highly reccomended it made my day and most probably going to waste all my money here but oh well. So so so worth it.
Don't go here if you're vegetarian the food I got had prawns contaminated in it ???? also the only tofu option they do looks and tastes like cardboard. Disgusting. I think I was over charged too. Definitely won't be going back
Walked in tonight and ordered spare ribs (£6.90) and special curry with chips (£6.90), total £13.80. The guy on the front desk said £14. Questioned the price politely as menu stated the chips were included. He then took 20p out of the till and dropped it in front of me, I then gave him £20 which he put in the till and turned away.
I stopped him and asked for my change, £6 in total. He stared at me, accused me of confusing him then threw a £20 to me telling to order somewhere else! Rude in the extreme. Will never recommend this place.
