I took my little boy there. I felt like he was in good hands! Very gentle dentist. Has taken good care of my son's teeth. He did a filling on one of the baby teeth and also given me advice about brushing and food.
The most disrespectful and unprofessional practice you could encounter. No regards for people’s time and they treat you like a number on the waiting list and don’t listen to your concerns. I have come 3 times and each time I had to wait over an hour to be seen and miss an entire work day.
Have had dental treatment over the years with Dr G Lai and always pleased with the quality of service. Grateful for the care given to myself and family. Friendly staff and have always been flexible with appointment booking.
I was searching for NHS Dental Practice for a while and this was my lucky 10 still accepting NHS pts. The reception staff very very helpful and friendly couldn't asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone
