Das Domaine du Daley bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse am Hang mit atemberaubender Aussicht, die sich ideal für einen Zwischenstopp bei einer Weinwanderung im Lavaux eignet. Wir hatten sogar das Glück, die zweite Terrasse nebenan für uns alleine zu haben. Die Preise sind fair und die Weine hochwertig, wobei ein Tasting zwischen 3 und 5 verschiedenen Weinen möglich ist. Eine telefonische Reservierung wird empfohlen.
Das einzige Manko war die eher spärliche Foodbegleitung in Form von ein paar Breadsticks. Eine gut bestückte kalte Platte wäre hier eine willkommene Ergänzung. Insgesamt aber ein sehr empfehlenswertes Erlebnis.
Leider keine Angaben zu Veranstaltungen. Am Besten man ruft vorher an. Wir sind den ganzen Weg hoch gelaufen, aber als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass hier eine geschlossene Gesellschaft sei. Unschön war, dass die Bedienung uns ausgelacht hat. Tolle Aussicht von hier oben.
Just went here for the first time and will definitely be back! The service was very nice and the views from the terrace are spectacular! The view is unobstructed over the surrounding area and lake, and make for an excellent spot to watch the sun go down while sipping on wine. Highly recommend adding this to your Lavaux visit!
I came on a Tuesday afternoon as a solo walk-in and was given a great experience. The views are top notch. Although there was only one staff member working at the time (unfortunately I don’t recall his name) he attended to me as soon as he could and was exceptional. I ended up going for the 4 top wine tasting and went home with the 2019 red wine. I would definitely come again. The winery is a 20 min walk from the station but there is a viewing platform with shade half way up. Take your time and enjoy the views! You can also stop by CO-OP before making the unpopulated trek.
We have spent a very pleasant afternoon at this wonderful place. Very friendly staff, speak English. Together with wine we had very nice starters ☺️ we called in advance to book a tour and tasting. Prices are very good too! Highly recommend! Thank you for wonderful experience!
Very informative tour and BEAUTIFUL location! The wines we tried were delicious and we were able to take one bottle home to the states. Would 100% visit again if we are in the area! We did have to walk up from the train station which I would not recommend unless you are in decent shape and the weather allows. The hills are steep but the view is breathtaking. About 20 minutes uphill from the train station (Vevey).
Excellents vins et domaine exceptionnel. Nous y avons organisé une fête, l’accueil a été parfait, avec visite des caves en prime. Le personnel était professionnel et souriant, le site magnifique et tout le monde a passé un excellent moment en ce lieu.
Chasselars is dry, refreshing and so enjoyable after a long walk from Lausanne. Enjoyed magnificent view and knowledgible sommelier who helped me to understand better about local wine. 20CHF for white, rose, and red. I only chose simple three because I was going to visit other vine yard too but mostly closed or lack of hospitality or knowledge. So do not waste your time on other winery and stick to this one.
