The service was supreme, I was surprised by the level of attentiveness they have for all diverse individuals that enter the store; whether a delivery driver, worker, customer etc. All treated with equal respect. Amazing! Additionally, the fried wings I ate, was far superior than the fried chicken I ate at KFC, so surprised, I totally recommend this to everyone to come ASAP!!!

One of the best fast food takeaway surpassing big franchises like KFC. Dixy chicken has got outstanding customer service, no beating around the bush with customers and delivery drivers. Food is absolutely delicious, freshly cooked. 10/10 would definitely recommend for all food lovers.

Ordered for a corporate lunch. Food was cooked fresh, was hot and tasted lovely. Guys were really helpful and got everyone’s order correct. Food was ready for collection at the specified time. Fries are so delicious and addictive. Haven’t had fries like that from anywhere before. Great value for money, portions were huge. Would 100% recommend.
We were at good hope hospital couple of days ago because of my newborn baby who has diagnosed with high jaundice and been told us to keep him over night. We haven’t had our dinner because we were not ready. So we decided to order the food over Uber and someone rang us from dixy he was very nice gentle man (sorry didn’t got his name)
He wish me luck and when I received the order he put extra wings with sauces with the note. I really wanted to thank him. Really much appreciated. We need more people like this. It’s just the thought which counts.
