Nice location to have a family diner when you are in area or stay at the bungalow holiday park on the other site of the road.
(Suggestion: make the entrance as welcoming as the people inside. It looks not open now, when it is. And very welcoming friendly people inside????)
Just been here for a meal with a friend and our two young boys. Food was lovely the trio of meats was amazing. Chilli Nachos and tempura chicken starters were beautiful. Kids enjoyed theirs too. Highly recommend x
We were staying at Brunston Castle and had just come in for our vacation. After 22 hours of traveling and realizing we were near anything we headed in for something to eat. We had a very friendly server who introduced us to Scotland's version of sticky toffee pudding which was fabulous. The next night we came in and the server seemed out off that we didn't have a reservation. Considering there was only 2 other tables sat at the time we apologized for not realizing we need a reservation. Several items were not available but we found something and again had the wonderful sticky toffee pudding.
Wouldn't recommend it. Worn down, Christmas decorations still up. After 30min we still didn't get our food. Asked the staff about it and they told us in 5 more minutes. It's not even crowded! It's about 18 guests and the first group got their desserts. After 10min we asked for the check and left.
We had a lovely meal, fabulous views over the golf course. Staff were attentive and friendly
The food was excellent the staff of 2 were under extreme preasure a 1 course meal took 1and Half hours we left with out having a sweet
