Had an emergency appointment here last Sunday for an extraction. What an amazing dentist. From the moment I walked in the professionalism was exemplary. The before, during and after procedure care was nothing short of phenomenal. Felt at ease, felt comfortable and had some great conversations with the team
Absolutely fantastic service! I was unable to see my own NHS dentist and ended up calling 111 as an emergency due to terrible pain. An appointment was made for me here and I was very apprehensive and do have quite a fear of dentists. The people were warm and welcoming and the service was excellent. I opted for a tooth extraction there and then as I felt I could trust them. That is a big thing for me and I feel shows how amazing the dentist and the nurse was. They even played music that I liked to help calm me down. They made what I thought was going to be an awful experience into one that was painless and not quite as terrible as I had imagined! Thank you so much for that.
The first time I met the team at dental excellence was through an emergency nhs appointment for a painful tooth. I have autism and get extremely nervous at the dentist. Everyone at the practice was very nice and extremely accommodating to my needs. I had to have the tooth extracted and before I even knew what was happening the procedure was over and the tooth was extracted. The dentist (pk I believe) was very friendly very professional and very quick. I've gone on since to have another appointment with them through 111. And experienced the same thing, everyone was friendly, caring and accommodating. Will 110% recommend this dental practice to anyone, which is a phrase I'd never thought I'd say! My first experience of Dental Excellence was as an emergency 111 appointment for a crumbled tooth.
To say I'm a nervous patient is not stressing the point strongly enough.
However, right from the initial welcome from the lovely Dental Nurse on reception to the fabulously sensitive lady NHS Dentists' treatment of me I could not have felt in safer or more qualified hands.
A huge thank you from a very grateful and enormously appreciative patient.
Used after a emergency 111 appointment, I'm a big guy but I fear the dentist more than any other professional and after an hr I couldn't feel my face,luckily the dentist wasn't a sadist and took an xray which revealed the depth of my toohie ache,cracked molar and then wisdom tooth collapsed so they just took them both out. 3 weeks later, the stitches are gone,barely any pain or swelling. Fantastic job and very well done by the staff.

Having suffered with a broken wisdom tooth for awhile and not being registered with a dentist I was at a loss of what I could do, I rang 111 who put me in contact with dental excellence. From start to finish they made me feel at ease and Ive come away painfree. Could not rate them more, fantastic!
