Amazing experience. I have visited twice in the last two weeks, I have had two different dentists and dental nurses help me and they have all be SO kind and non-judgemental. I was really worried at both appointments but nothing was rushed and I wasn’t made to feel silly for feeling that way. Reception desk staff and those who take the phone calls (not sure if that’s the same people!) have also been so helpful. Overall a fantastic experience both times. I’ve left feeling heat and helped and I now await a referral comfortable in the knowledge that I have been helped as much as I can be so far. Thank you all!
Visited last week and had a tooth out. I am an awful patient as I am extremely nervous, but I honestly couldn't have had nicer ladies to carry out the procedure.
And to now be pain free is amazing.

Truly a great experience from start to finish. I rang on Thursday and had an appointment arranged on Friday. The lady on the phone who sorted it out was very helpful (we all know the stereotypical GP receptionist, so this was a great surprise), polite and actually sounded like she wanted to support me with my enquiries. The dental assistant and dentist herself were also both lovely, very charming and easy to talk to/deal with. The options were explained to me in layman's terms after an efficient assessment, and once I'd made my decision the procedure was carried out with no problems. All very professional, even if I did accidentally bite the dentist's finger at one point! Thank you all for a brilliant service and efficient turnaround.
I am extremely nervous and sacred of the dentist on my visit the care I was given was amazing the dentist was so calming and explained everything and was talking to me though out my treatment I feel she went above and beyond to make me feel at ease I wish she could be my dentist. Receptionist where helpful and kind.
I have in my time used many dental facilities both NHS and Private. The staff (Dentists and receptionists and admin staff) are so caring and definitely get 5 stars without any question from me. So proffessional !

I've had the worse toothache ever over the past few days but I'm not registered with a dentist. 111 put me on to Chippenham dental services. I went today and had the offending tooth removed. The relief from that horrendous pain was overwhelming. I received a lovely warm welcome when I arrived just after midday with my son who drove me. The dentist and his nurse were fantastic. I was made to feel relaxed and was told of every step of my treatment before hand. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me today. Very quick and efficient. Thankyou so very much.
I've been here a few times now, they have been brilliant. One appointment I had I couldn't pay on the day they still done the treatment and I just rang them up to pay when I got paid. They are very friendly, polite and helpful. They were very patient with me as I'm scared of dentists.
