As most reviews suggest, food is never on time. Ordered from before for delivery but decided to go in and collect for a change because I thought it would be faster but once I got there I had to wait 15 minutes.
There is absolutely no way they have a decent hygiene rating. Saw multiple kitchen staff handle money, scratch their heads or beards, and accept deliveries and then handle food. No gloves, sneeze guards, or hair nets to be found. The shop itself is not very clean with discarded equipment and delivery bags beside a dirty waiting area. Happy to order from here until I saw how disgusting it is behind the scenes.

The chicken masala curry I got was like a curry stew it was nasty it didn't taste very nice there was to much oil the chicken didn't have any taste to it

I order from De Niros often as I live locally and the food quality is good. However past 3 or 4 times I've ordered, I've had to wait nearly 2 hours for a delivery on a Thursday and ended up with cold or poor quality food which they said they would replace in around 15 mins. Over 30 minutes later I had to ring again to track my replacement food, this kind of time delay is disgusting because by the time you get the food it's freezing and your hunger is down the drain. Will definitely not be ordering from here again!!
Been ordering from these guys for a while now and the food is good. Always collect my food as this is best option meaning don’t have to wait over an hour and food is hot as no busy takeaway delivers on time. Their pizzas and burgers are what they should be for a takeaway not tried anything else from the menu.
